We invests in steel frame buildings that are used for heavy equipment users, manufacturers and special purpose businesses.

Our investments aim at

All of our investment offerings  aim at a minimum of 6% initial Cash on Cash return. 


This means for every $100,000 invested, we aim at distributing at least $6,000 annually till the exit of the asset, at which point we will distribute all principal plus appreciated equity.

All of our investment offerings will aim at a minimum of 8% IRR on average throughout the lifecycle of the holding period.
